We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive for accuracy in citation formatting, we do not guarantee that citations generated will be free from errors or will comply with all academic standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of RefOwl.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RefOwl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of RefOwl.

We may terminate or suspend your access to RefOwl immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by uninstalling the Chrome extension.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
